Step 1: Schedule Your Session or Media Day


Reach out to secure your spot on the calendar! Whether it’s an individual session or a full team media day, we’ll lock in a date that works for everyone.

Step 2: Confirm with your payment


Once your session fee or deposit is paid, your photoshoot is officially confirmed. To help you prepare, I’ll send over a sport-specific posing guide packed with ideas and inspiration to make your photos truly standout.

Step 3: Show Up and Shine


On the big day, come ready to have an unforgettable experience! Whether it’s striking your best poses or capturing team camaraderie, I’ll make sure the session is fun, relaxed, and full of energy.

Step 4: Enjoy Your Photos


After the session, you’ll receive all the best photos in a beautifully curated online gallery. Download, share, and print your favorite moments with ease—memories like these are meant to last a lifetime!

Media Day Pricing

Session Fee: $110 per athlete (minimum of $1,100 per team)

Here’s what’s included in your Team Media Day package:

  • A 1.5 Hour On-Location Session: Plenty of time to capture all the team and individual shots you need, with a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

  • Team Photos: At least 3-5 unique team poses to showcase your group’s personality and unity.

  • Individual Athlete Photos: Each athlete will receive at least 3-5 professional shots that capture their unique style and spirit.

  • Buddy & Group Photos: Perfect for capturing friendships and fun moments among teammates.

  • All Digital Images: Delivered in an easy-to-use online gallery, making it simple to view, download, share, and print your favorite photos.

  • A Fun and Memorable Experience: Media day isn’t just about photos—it’s about creating a bonding moment for the team that everyone will remember for years to come!

Individual and Senior

Individual Athlete Session Pricing & Details

Session Fee: $750

Here’s what’s included in your personalized athlete session:

  • A Custom-Designed Experience: We’ll collaborate to create a session tailored to your athlete’s sport, style, and personality. Whether they have specific poses or creative ideas, this session is all about showcasing their unique talent and passion.

  • Up to 2 Hours of Shooting: Plenty of time to capture a variety of stunning images, including action shots, posed portraits, and creative concepts.

  • High-Resolution Digital Images: You’ll receive all the fully edited photos I keep from the session, delivered in an easy-to-use online gallery for downloading, sharing, and printing.

  • Versatility for Senior Sessions: This session can also double as a Senior Portrait Session, with options for multiple outfits, different sports, and even multiple locations to truly capture their story.
